GRESTEL

Grestel – Produtos Cerâmicos, S.A. is the Group’s main company, founded in 1998. It specialises in the production of fine stoneware tableware, ovenware and serving accessories, combining quality, exclusive design and an approach focused on more efficient use of materials and processes.

Using high-quality natural resources sourced in Portugal, Grestel combines know-how in traditional ceramic craftsmanship with the latest technologies in a distinctive high-temperature production process.

Production began in temporary facilities with a small team of 12 employees. Today, the company has more than 1,000 skilled technicians and craftspeople, all working with dedication to create some of the finest stoneware products in the world.

Designed for both home use and the hospitality sector, Grestel’s fine stoneware products are recognised for their original design and high quality, supported by practices focused on more efficient use of materials and processes.

ECOGRES

In 2023, with the aim of expanding ecogres production, COSTA NOVA Industria built a new manufacturing facility in the Mota Industrial Park, in Ílhavo, Aveiro, Portugal: Ecogres – Cerâmica Ecológica, a factory that is at the forefront of innovation in the ceramics sector.

Dedicated to the production of recycled clay, the facility uses more than 95% recycled materials in its production and incorporates processes for the recovery and reuse of materials from industrial surplus and by-products.

COSTA NOVA USA

COSTA NOVA USA is the North American branch of the COSTA NOVA brand, acquired in 2017 as Casafina Living, a long-standing partner, with the goal of bringing Portugal’s fine stoneware products to the American and international markets.

Located in Brewster, NY, in a space that combines administrative offices, an outlet, and a warehouse, COSTA NOVA USA has a team of 20 employees and an efficient structure that allows it to serve both end consumers and hospitality professionals across the country.

COSTA NOVA ESPAÑA

As part of its growth strategy, COSTA NOVA ESPAÑA was created, strengthening the Group’s international expansion. Headquartered at the brand’s first store in Spain, on Lagasca Street in Madrid, the new subsidiary focuses on commercial management, driving brand development and business expansion in the Spanish market.
