Visits take place Monday to Friday, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The activity is partially accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Minimum age to participate: 16 years old.
The visit costs €20 per person, redeemable on purchases over €30 at the COSTA NOVA Factory Outlet store.
Visits must be booked in advance (at least two weeks) by completing the form below. Please use the “Observations” field to note any specific requirements, such as visitors with special educational needs, reduced mobility, foreign nationality, or other considerations.
Visits are available for groups of 5 to 15 participants; if the group is larger, it will be divided evenly and the visit will take place in separate time slots within the same period.
After submitting the form, the applicant will receive an email confirming or declining the visit. Once confirmed, the General Rules of Conduct for visitors and the Liability Waiver will be sent, which must be completed, signed, and returned by email.
In cases of force majeure that compromise visitor safety, scheduled visits may need to be rescheduled, with alternative dates arranged in advance with the applicant.
Payment must be made at the time of booking.
The available payment method is bank transfer. When making the transfer, please include the name and VAT number of the person purchasing the tickets. Once the payment is verified, the corresponding invoice/receipt will be issued.
In the event of a cancellation by the factory, the full amount of the visit will be refunded. If you are unable to attend the visit, you may reschedule or cancel your booking.
Refunds will only be issued if the reservation is canceled at least 3 business days before the scheduled visit. Cancellations made after this deadline are not eligible for a refund.
During the visit to our facilities, we ask all participants to follow the rules below to ensure safety, respect for the workplace, and an enjoyable experience for everyone:
The use of cameras, video equipment, or any audio/video recording devices is prohibited.
Avoid using mobile phones during the visit.
Do not disturb employees while they are performing their duties.
Eating or drinking is not allowed during the visit.
Do not leave any waste in the factory. Please use the designated containers for disposal.
Always stay with the group and follow the instructions of the guide.
Visitors must not touch or operate any equipment in the factory.
Visitors must not open doors or enter areas not authorized by the guide.
Strictly follow all safety instructions and posted signage within the facilities.
