Main responsibilities

• Investigation and analysis of the state of the art in glazes and ceramic bodies;

• Development, formulation, and control of ceramic bodies and glazes using raw materials and by-products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields;

• Experience in laboratory work and in the production environment of ceramic bodies and glazes;

• Strong knowledge in formulating new compositions and their respective raw materials;

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments;

• Interest in product development, sustainable practices, and process circularity.
