We are not looking for someone who already knows everything about management or programming. We are looking for someone with a solid technical background and a genuine willingness to understand how an industrial company operates, from production to retail. In practice, you will work within the IT team while collaborating closely with production, logistics, and sales teams, identifying where technology can make a difference and then implementing those improvements.

Main responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions and system integrations;

• Develop internal applications using SQL, Node.js, Power BI, and other technologies and platforms;

• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP, WMS, external platforms, and product-related tools (PLM/PIM/DAM);

• Automate data workflows and build internal applications that improve team efficiency;

• Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation project;

• Create dashboards and reports to support management in making informed business decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;

• Knowledge of programming and SQL;

• Strong interest in understanding business processes, not just technology;

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different business areas;

• Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and a high sense of responsibility.
