Main responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the manufacturing process, as well as production teams, in accordance with established procedures and standards;
• Optimize production levels by developing, organizing, and planning work activities;
• Coordinate and monitor product manufacturing in terms of quality, production targets, and performance;
• Set up and prepare production equipment according to the technical specifications of the materials to be produced;
• Apply production planning, organization, and control techniques, allocating human and material resources effectively;
• Implement procedures and actions aimed at improving production processes;
• Participate in the development of standards and procedures, as well as in their monitoring and compliance;
• Ensure equipment availability for preventive maintenance and oversee corrective maintenance activities, as well as the cleaning of materials, equipment, and work areas;
• Prepare control and performance reports related to activities within the area of responsibility.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
• Strong planning, organizational, and self-management skills;
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Availability to work a differentiated shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
• Eligibility for a Professional Internship Program.
