COSTA NOVA launches its first porcelain collection

Resonance” is designed by Carsten Gollnick and will be unveiled in Milan.

This is a historic moment for COSTA NOVA. The brand, owned by Grestel — a company specializing in the production of tabletop, ovenware, and serving accessories in fine stoneware — is about to launch its first porcelain collection. Named “Resonance,” it will be presented for the first time at HOST Milan, the global trade fair dedicated to the hospitality and restaurant industry, taking place from October 13 to 17.

Created by award-winning German designer Carsten Gollnick, this new collection offers a diverse range of porcelain pieces that can be used independently on the table, alongside selected stoneware pieces that can also be used alone or combined with porcelain for creative and versatile table settings.

“‘Resonance’ pushes the boundaries of conventional design and tabletop décor, inviting chefs and restaurant owners to explore a variety of stoneware and porcelain combinations. This blend elevates the guest experience to new levels of sophistication,” says Carsten Gollnick, marking his third collaboration with COSTA NOVA.

A Commitment to Innovation

This launch marks a pivotal moment for COSTA NOVA and its manufacturer, Grestel, further proving that innovation is part of the company’s DNA. The “Resonance” collection represents the culmination of extensive expertise in ceramics, fine stoneware manufacturing, and the introduction of cutting-edge design products.

“COSTA NOVA brings to the market a completely new concept, based on the perfect combination of these different materials at the table,” says Miguel Casal, CEO of COSTA NOVA Industria Group.
