The International Sea Urchin Festival, which kicked off last weekend in Ericeira, celebrated the sea urchin in all its gastronomic forms. From show cookings by renowned chefs to dishes that put this ingredient in the spotlight, COSTA NOVA pieces also added a Mediterranean touch to the plating, perfectly combining design with the freshness of the Portuguese coast.
With the iconic blues and whites of the Brisa collection complementing the flavors of the sea, the event proved to be not only a gastronomic celebration but also a celebration of the seaside lifestyle that the brand so beautifully represents.
Next weekend, March 29 and 30, the second and final weekend of the 10th edition promises equally memorable moments, with the sea urchin once again taking center stage.
