As part of the Circular Economy Pact for the Central Region, on September 24 we welcomed CCDR Centro to our industrial facility, Ecogres – Cerâmica Ecológica, Lda., to showcase the work we are doing to integrate circular economy principles into the ceramics industry.

The visit took place within the Community of Practice for Sustainable Production and Efficient Resource Use and provided an opportunity to share processes, solutions and practices developed at Ecogres, including the valorization of by-products and surplus materials from other industrial activities in the production of ceramic raw materials.
