Grestel has been awarded the Healthy Workplace 2022 label by the Portuguese Psychologists Association.

This label highlights Portuguese organizations with management practices that promote safety, well-being, and health in the workplace. It is an initiative under the High Patronage of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security and the Ministry of Health.

As stated by the Minister of Health, Marta Temido, “ensuring high levels of workers’ health is an essential prerequisite for the country’s social and economic development, as it fosters a workforce that is healthy, satisfied, creative, motivated, productive, open to innovation and entrepreneurship, and a driver of sustainable development.”

The award ceremony took place on April 6 and included the participation of 85 organizations.
