To highlight the importance of nature conservation, Grestel hosted a Sustainable Cooking Show on July 28 with Joana Teixeira dos Santos, leader of the A Queijeira Verde project.

The initiative aimed to introduce employees to the world of vegan cheeses, while also providing a brief overview of sustainable cooking practices as a way to preserve nature.
