Grestel was invited by Business Europe, the leading organization defending the competitiveness of European industry, to participate in a video featuring some of the EU’s most dynamic companies, discussing industrial policy and strategies for the future of industry.
The video will be presented on February 22–23 in Brussels to stakeholders from the European Commission during EU Industry Day.
Notable European companies such as Solvay (France), Wienerberger (Austria), and Hovmand (Denmark) join Grestel, which represents Portuguese companies, highlighting the importance of a skilled workforce as a competitiveness factor and advocating for greater European investment in technical and vocational education strategies.
The video also emphasizes strategies related to digital technology, research and innovation, legislative flexibility, and the single market.
Helena Ferreira, Grestel’s Chief Financial Officer, states: “Grestel’s participation in this video is above all an opportunity to give voice to our concerns, but also to elevate the competitiveness of Portuguese companies and further promote the name of Grestel, its employees, and its products.”
