s part of the World Mental Health Day celebrations on October 10, Grestel will, for the first time, host an entire week dedicated to promoting well-being and mental health among its employees.
Grestel sees this initiative as the perfect opportunity to raise awareness among its staff about the importance of mental well-being through a range of activities designed to encourage behaviors that support mental health and overall wellness, both inside and outside the workplace.
Highlights of the program include a visit from the “Mais Feliz” Association (laughter therapy) on October 11, daily outdoor Zumba classes, as well as workshops and beauty services.
The week will culminate on Saturday, October 16, with two performances at the Aveiro Exhibition Park auditorium – first, a fun session led by social entertainer Ângelo Valente presenting his “Never2Late” project, followed by a musical performance by artist Verónica Matias.
