On September 22, at the Leixões Cruise Terminal in Matosinhos, the Portuguese Association of Ceramic and Glass Industries (APICER) launched its newest brand, Portugal Ceramics.
This brand aims to promote the internationalization of Portuguese ceramics, including both utilitarian and decorative ceramics, as well as ceramic tiles. Under the motto “The Art of Possibility,” the brand’s main purpose is to communicate an authentic, relevant, and differentiated sector positioning, improving its image and communication, particularly in international markets. The event also marked the start of a series of communication initiatives and actions targeting international markets, where the brand and its new positioning will be presented and explained in detail.
In addition to the Secretary of State for the Economy, João Neves, and APICER leaders, the event was attended by representatives from the main Portuguese ceramic manufacturers, including our Administrator Miguel Casal, who played an active role in driving the initiative, along with our Marketing and Commercial Directors, Liliana Cachim and Carlos Ruão.
