We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our COSTA NOVA Factory Outlet store in Vagos (Aveiro). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.

Main responsibilities

• Provide customer service, assist customers, and sell products;

• Handle store administrative processes;

• Receive, store, inventory, dispatch, and control products, materials, and promotional materials;

• Support warehouse management in accordance with established standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of secondary school level (12th grade);

• Availability and flexibility to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday, with rotating days off;

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality;

• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset;

• Previous professional experience in similar roles is a plus.
